Paris, June 12, 2025 - Polarise announced today at NVIDIA GTC Paris that it plans to be one of the first AI data center providers in Europe to deploy NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD with NVIDIA DGX GB200 systems for its clients and expects its service to be available in late 2025.

"This deployment will be a catalyst for the AI landscape in Europe, and I say that with some pride,” states Polarise CEO Michel Boutouil. “At Polarise, we firmly believe that Europe needs a strong foundation to stand a chance in the global race for AI and data sovereignty. United as Europe, we have a small and unique opportunity to position ourselves in the global competition with a sovereign AI infrastructure and therefore we should take consequent action – that’s exactly why we are taking the lead now.”

The Polarise deployment is based on the state-of-the-art NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD with DGX GB200 systems, powered by eight DGX GB200 systems, each featuring 72 NVIDIA GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchips. The system is hosted at Polarise’s "AI Hub ONE" facility in Oslo and sets new standards for efficiency in AI computing, providing up to 30x faster real-time large language model (LLM) inference compared to previous generations, as well as up to 4x the speed for training modern LLM models. The system is also up to 25x more energy efficient than previous generation systems.

"Efficiency is the primary reason why we opted for the NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD," says Boutouil. “All of our facilities are designed for maximum efficiency - in regards to computing as well as energy consumption. Our AI Hub ONE, for example, is powered entirely by renewables and features innovative direct liquid cooling, which enables us to operate this liquid-cooled DGX SuperPOD in the first place. The waste heat is then reused by the surrounding business parks as well as at Oslo Airport and so fed back into the cycle. This strategy amplifies our efficiency as AI demand continues to grow.”

Purpose-built for state-of-the-art generative AI models, DGX SuperPOD with DGX GB200 systems delivers advanced performance for both training and inference, tackling critical challenges in AI development and enabling the creation of larger, more sophisticated models with accelerated innovation - and with Polarise on a secure, sovereign and scalable European infrastructure. DGX SuperPODs comes with the NVIDIA AI Enterprise suite of software tools, libraries and runtimes, including the NVIDIA NIM and NeMo microservices, to accelerate and simplify the development and deployment and scaling of AI applications.

Companies that would like to secure exclusive NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD with DGX GB200 capacities can now reach out to Polarise for further information.
